1. Order Processing:
1.1 Once your order is placed, please allow business days for order processing. This will include order verification and confirmation on a delivery time estimation which will be determined on our stock level at the given time.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods:
2.1 We provide a range of shipping options tailored to suit your preferences and time constraints. Opt for express delivery if you’re eager to commence your cold immersion journey promptly or choose free shipping for those content to wait an additional 2-3 weeks. Our shipping calculator reflects significant savings of up to $500 on every purchase, a benefit we happily extend to our devoted community of Zen Lions.
2.2 Standard shipping typically takes 25-30 business days for delivery. Express shipping typically takes around 12 business days. Please note: These days are also dependent on stock availability.
3. Shipping Costs:
3.1 We offer free shipping for all our Products over $99. Only express delivery incurs a charge. Which can be viewed during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking:
4.1 Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the provided email address.
4.2 You can track the status of your shipment through the provided tracking number through the designated courier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
5.1 We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand, Please contact our customer support for assistance.
6. Delivery Issues:
6.1 In the event of a delay or issue with the delivery, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
6.2 If the provided shipping address is incorrect, resulting in a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Returns and Refunds:
7.1 As a result of the specific characteristics of our product, we do not permit returns or issue refunds for ice baths that have been utilized. If you happen to receive a damaged ice bath, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, providing images of the damage. We will cooperate with you to find a satisfactory resolution to the issue.
